Who We Are

Brad and Lewis bring over 25 years of combined experience in the building industry, having worked across a wide range of residential and commercial projects. After more than four years collaborating through a successful contract carpentry business, they have gained valuable insight into both the strengths and common challenges within the industry.

Our shared vision led to the creation of Beever Dawson Building, a company focused on delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

We believe every build deserves clear communication, thorough planning, and consistent quality from start to finish.

Process

We prioritise a personalised approach, keeping clients informed and involved through every stage of the process. Building or renovating is a significant investment, and we aim to make the experience as seamless and transparent as possible.

Initial On-Site Consultation
A personalized, face-to-face meeting to understand your vision, walk the site, and ensure we’re the right fit. This is a relaxed introduction focused on clarity, alignment, and next steps.
Preliminary Budget Overview
We provide a high-level budget based on our experience and comparable projects, including clear allowances and guidance. This stage is obligation-free and can be completed prior to DA approval.
Comprehensive Documentation
We assemble all required consultants and documentation to enable accurate costing. This may include schedules of finishes, detailed joinery drawings, wet area elevations, landscape plans, PC selections, and all relevant certificates.
Detailed Costing Proposal & Contract
Once documentation is complete, we prepare a precise costing proposal outlining the full scope of works. When approved, we progress to the contract stage and prepare for construction commencement.
